Hello I hope you are well. I am Chilean and we will be one month facing a serious social crisis. Eventually graphic evidence will be necessary to resolve judicial conflicts with genuine justice. In order for it to really apply, it will be necessary to be able to add notes that account for the location, date and time of a video in a large database. Is it possible to do this on these maps? and how? In advance, thank you very much and have a nice day.

If you want to add your own user-generated data on top of OpenStreetMap (rather than contributing to OSM's core mapping database of factual information), see http://umap.openstreetmap.fr/ .
