How can I update the hungary map on my garmin Zumo ?

I'd have a read of the answers to this question - it contains lots of links to places that explain where you can get maps from (and how you can create your own) and how to transfer them to the Garmin.

Although that question was asked about a Garmin eTrex Legend HCx, I suspect the principle will apply to your zūmo as well.

I not sure now now,if you are trying use the Garmin Zumo to record traces for adding to OSM or you wish to put the OSM on your garmin, If The latter try this http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/OSM_Map_On_Garmin
