I couldn't find fence + vegitaion here: https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/search?q=fence But you could create a suitable tag. I doubt it will get rendered. Sometimes Hedges and Fences are combined which is an option, but what you describe is, in my opinion just a fence, a spray with weed killer and it may kill the vegitation. answered 13 Sep '19, 13:22  andy mackey |
