Walkability index for intersection?

Hey all

Is there a way to calculate or access something called Walkability index? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Walkability

Maybe query GPS traces, calculate speeds and select only walks and see if it's close to X,Y location/streets intersection? Of course it will be just an estimate
