House numbers not shown on map

Why don't the house numbers render on

I thought they follow https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Addresses instructions.

Maybe the problem is they contain other items within their polygons?

How to render thing is up to the individual end users to decide. In this case it looks like this map style probably prefers to render the name of a place if it has one rather the address.

Navigation software should still find it.
