Old street name is showing on Facebook map

Hi, Candeloro Rd Canning Vale Western Australia is not showing on the map. It is showing as Fraser Road on Facebook in my about section. Fraser Rd was the street name but was changed 3 years ago

When I check Open street map, this change has already been made - how do I get it to publish on Facebook?

I appreciate any assistance
