There is a collection of possibilities listed in the OSM wiki at Deploying_your_own_Slippy_Map, so have a look at each framework there.

The easiest way is to use the 'sharing' sidebar on the right on the main osm.org site, there choose embeddable HTML.

@novw: okay, and why not? What does not work? Did you mean the "export" feature as was referenced in the second paragraph of the answer? I have updated this to be correct according to the current website design.
