Could you please explain what "it" is. Where are you asked to upload a GPX file? On what website or in which app? What are you trying to do?

And by the way: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GPS_Exchange_Format

A GPX file is a file that contains a series of track points of latitudes, longitudes and time stamps. For OSM the timestamps serve as a witness that they were recorded with a GPS or Smartphone carried by a mapper. A GPX can just be created over a map but that could be a copyright offence, and will not have times ( the times are are useful for speed, fitness and performance data as well of course). I occasionally open a GPX file with a text editor to repair one, If you did so you would see what they consist of.
