It looks like it's an incorrect tile/tiles. Street names are mixed in with it. Didn't find this, but issue had not yet been solved after 3 months. Pretty sure this cannot be fixed by someone out of OSM itself. alt text

Pretty sure a developer with access to OPM server can fix this. Only happens when you zoom in once.

The problem was fixed 3 months ago in changeset 69241056. If you view it in Achavi and zoom into the southwest corner of the bounding box, you can see that this fixes the accidental drag of a district into the middle of the sea.

Some tiles at some zoom levels on OSM's "standard" layer haven't been updated yet, but they will eventually.

I'm not sute what you mean by "Pretty sure a developer with access to OPM server can fix this"?
