Extract specific data

Hello everyone. My question is whether it is possible to get data on the street and district with the help of osmfitler.

For example: I would like to add this information (http://joxi.ru/5mdXXyu3pBl9m1) to the main information (http://joxi.ru/Q2K88bhLd8kKAj) and get an array of data by usage osmfitler.

Array like this : street_name / district / city / suburb
