Can't find JOSM plug-in Continuous Download menu

The continuous-download plugin https://github.com/JOSM/continuos-download states that "This plugin can be deactivated with a menu option." I cannot find the menu?

I want to be able to turn this plug-in on and off.

Hi, When you have the plugin downloaded to JOSM a new option appears in the File Menu of JOSM (Download OSM data continuously). alt text

Click the option to turn it off, click it again to turn it on again, alternatively Ctrl+Alt+F1.
