This week my app isnt charging tiles anymore, the message is "Failed loading https://a.tile.openstreetmap.org" . Do you know something about that?

There are a few other questions like this here and on the dev list - can you have a look and see if any of those answers help you? If you try and view a different tile layer, does that work?

Correct jmapviewer OSM generates the error "Could not generate secret" Must be a java problem.. I have not found the solution yet... (http dit work until a few weeks ago for years.. HTTPS access does not work )

It is likely that you are using an old version of jmapviewer that doesn't set a specific user agent string. Anything using a non-app-specific user agent string is in danger of being blocked as detailed (since ages) in the Tile usage policy
