"Hong Kong" is not been marked in the zoom level 4 to zoom level 6.

It is abnormal for a well known international metropolis not mark on the map. Whatever Google, Bing, Yahoo, Yandex, etc will show "Hong Kong" in the corresponding zoom level.

This is explained at https://help.openstreetmap.org/questions/21409/how-country-name-is-selected-and-displayed-at-low-zoom-levels-for-small-countries-for-instance-cyprus

OpenStreetMap is designed and run by volunteers. If you would like to volunteer your time to fixing this issue, you can get involved with the cartography project at https://github.com/gravitystorm/openstreetmap-carto .
