Why can't find Hong Kong in the zoom level 4 to zoom level 6 ?

"Hong Kong" is not been marked in the zoom level 4 to zoom level 6.

It is abnormal for a well known international metropolis not mark on the map. Whatever Google, Bing, Yahoo, Yandex, etc will show "Hong Kong" in the corresponding zoom level.
