Some background layers in New Zealand not available.

I map in New Zealand. There are two background layers that are often very useful - 'LINZ NZ Aerial Imagery' and 'LINZ NZ Topo50 Gridless Maps'.

Currently both of these fail to render/provide a background when editing.

Who should I report this to/talk to to get these layers working again?

One Answer:

LINZ decided to introduce API keys and there is currently no workaround as for example a common key for all OSM editing programs.
