OpenStreetMap almost unusable, blurry chunks in the map

OpenStreetMap gets more and more useless, since the maps aren't rendered correctly anymore. They will get stuck with lots of large, blurry tiles. Sometimes zooming in and out helps a bit, but that is not satisfying. Isn't there any trick to get rid of this problem?

Here is an example URL:

Sometimes i use the OpenTopoMap, which i can switch to use the normal street map , which is a bit better. Am i using some obsolete verseion, or are the servers overloaded? What is the reason?

As you didn't attached an screenshot, I just can guess what your specific problem is. Please also check different OSM based tile services as www.openstreetmap.de to see, if the problem persist.

ISP throttling - if you are at an university, public sector, free wifi, ... the tiles download might get throttled by the huge amount of requests
Browser cache tainted - Clean your cache
