Gentlemen,

I am downloading map via oziexploer for my bike. Today I could no longuer do it. I received this message:

we suspect this client is downloading maps in an unauthorised manner. Please ask at irc.openstreetmap.org

I can confirm that I am a member of tracks4bikers and now also openstreetmap. My username is ehuber. My downloading is only for my personal use.

Can you unblocked this situation

The question has been closed for the following reason "See http://help.openstreetmap.org/questions/5715/access-blocked-when-using-mobile-atlas-creator for why some apps get blocked from downloading tiles." by Jonathan Bennett 04 Aug '11, 17:33

Have a look at Tile_usage_policy ... that is the reason why sometimes some apps are blocked in downloading big bunches of tile data.

It is not only you, but also other users of such apps in summary.

Maybe you can contact the author of OziExplorer (if not any other has done before ...) to find a solution for this like providing an own alternative download server.
