I don't think there is an established tagging for it. I would suggest building=warehouse plus warehouse=cold_storage or warehouse=refrigerated.

You could also use warehouse=ambient for those food-chain warehouses which are not part of the chill supply chain. For instance Morrisons in the UK describe their warehouses in Northampton & Sittingbourne as ambient in job ads.
