I have months of editing and I have not seen any changes in the editing mode the black lines What I still have to do asked 04 Apr '19, 18:14 Gamadarkness |
The "black lines" are from a map tile layer provided by Mapbox. You could contact them to ask about their update frequency for this layer, or you could contact the iD developers to ask for more information (those developers choose to use the layer, so might have more insight into what is expected in terms of updates). answered 05 Apr '19, 09:37 Andy Allan |
You need to indicate where you have been editing (best a link to the area from opensrteetmap.org) and what you wanted to achieve, as is, your question can't be answered.
I can see lots of your edits in this general area: https://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=16/18.0038/-94.5780
I am not clear what you are expecting to see or what you mean by "black lines". The ID editor shows roads as black lines when zoomed out, I'm not sure if that is what you are referring to - but that looks the same everywhere.
Because even after editing the new streets is not reflected in the black lines, since there is an app that still can not see the streets that you edit if you do not continue to see anything like the box marked in red but as I repeat it has already time I add and I still do not see change in the black lines
As to the black lines: I think you are talking about that they do not appear when zooming out in the iD editor: https://www.openstreetmap.org/edit?editor=id&way=152254180#map=15/18.0030/-94.5803 Don't worry about that. That seems only to be a display glitch within iD. The roads are there as you can clearly see on the rendered map: https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/152254180#map=15/18.0030/-94.5803
Is there any other app or website you expect the changes to be visible but where they are not? Please specify which and where exactly.
