Not all zoom levels are updated at the same time. Please have patience while all layers are updated. And when they are updated you might have to refresh your browser cache.

This is the most often asked question,

see e.g buildings - https://help.openstreetmap.org/questions/29949/buildings-disappear-when-zoom landuse - https://help.openstreetmap.org/questions/64545/residential-zones-disappear-when-i-zoom-in roads - https://help.openstreetmap.org/questions/16121/road-link-disappear-when-zoomed-out

and probably many others.

Please use the search functionality of this website before asking a question, who knows it might it be asked before.

The map rendering is not immediate, and does not happen at the same time for all zoom levels. A newly drawn building can appear faster on some zoom levels than on others. Your building was only 16 hours old when you asked. That's well within the range of possible delays. Search for "edits do not show up" and similar on this help system if you want to know more.
