We'll need a lot more information before we'll be able to help you. What software are you using? What steps are you taking to build the map? What type of output are you expecting (possibly a Garmin map?)?

I choose Generic Routable and enable manual tile selection. Then I select the tiles I need,I give my mail address and klick "Build my map". In a new window I receive only the above mentioned information. I have Windows 10 and want to use the map for Garmin. I have done it many times before in the same way and never had problems.

I presume that you are using garmin.openstreetmap.nl . There is a problem with that web site described here. I can only suggest that you do what that thread suggests - contact the operator of that website.
