What is the reason for deleting this node?

You just gave us a link to an area but not to a node. To get a link to a node, select it in iD and copy the URL of the link in the bottom left corner.

To delete a node in iD first right click on it, then choose the trash icon. Afterwards you have to save your changes, i.e. upload them to OSM.

Log in to OSM. Open your URL. Click on edit (this should open the default editor iD, otherwise select it from the drop down menu). Inside the editor right-click on your node and select the trash icon. Press the save button on the top bar. Enter a changeset description on the left sidebar and press upload. It can take a while until your changes appear on the map.

Your changes are applied immediately to the OSM database. So this node is already deleted (or in this case: all tags have been removed). It depends on your end user application when these changes will become visible.
