Am I allowed to use a screenshot of OSM as a wallpaper/background for a blog that may be generating revenue?

I intend to take a screenshot of an area and edit it to use as a wallpaper/background for my blog.

See https://www.openstreetmap.org/copyright if you are using the standard style layer. For all other layers and other map images using OSM data you need to ask the respective creators and operators of the map images.
