how to make a website similar to coinmap

I am a cryptomaniac evangelist in Brazil, and I have made hundreds of companies and professionals accept bitcoin as a payment method, I wanted to make a website similar to CoinMap, and I would like to know how I can do that.

Depending on your programming skills, you could use

umap combined with Overpass as explained in this Mappa Mercia blog post
or use a Javascript framework such as Leaflet or OpenLayers in which case you can still use Overpass to query the data or use a local copy of the OpenStreetMap data.

p.s. Your question is rather vague where you got stuck or what you really need (which depends on your skills)
