How to create .png raster tile with own spatial data

Hello,I have some spatial data in my postgresql,like edge with level(high way,country road etc.. ),poi with its kind,name etc ..,polygon (admin,water face etc..) I know how to convert these data into vector tiles using mapbox util,but I want to convert these data into raster tile,like osm websitelink text

Is there some util I can use? Thanks a lots!
