Did you want degrees minutes and seconds? the negative sign is used by osm for west and south values. to change decimal degrees to minutes do .90729 x 60 and for seconds multiply the decimal fraction again by 60. so 11.90729 = 11 deg 54.4374 mins = 11deg 54min and .4374x60= 26.24 seconds. there are websites that will do conversions if you search.
