Do you mean the Island: https://nominatim.openstreetmap.org/details.php?place_id=97857488 : 11.95072975,-66.6770305148684

or the village: https://nominatim.openstreetmap.org/details.php?place_id=27196010 : 11.9457046,-66.6755736

But of course you might be using a different website of app. If that is the case, you should mention it in your question.

11.95072975,-66.6770305148684 IS the lat and lon. 11.9072975 north 66.6770 west. Did you want degrees minutes and seconds? the negative sign is used by osm for west and south values. to change decimal degrees to minutes do .90729 x 60 and for seconds multiply the decimal fraction again by 60. so 11.90729 = 11 deg 54.4374 mins = 11deg 54min and .4374x60= 26.24 seconds. there are websites that will do conversions if you search.
