When I launch JOSM v14460 in Windows 7 (x64) I get a warning about serious bugs in Java 10. I am advised to upgrade to Java 11. One of the buttons in the warning dialog box is a convenient button to update Java to v11. However, clicking that button opens a webpage to install Java 8; which obviously seems counter-intuitive since that's a significantly older version than 11 (furthermore I already have Java 8 installed). This is beside the fact that I actually already have Java 11 installed. But that is a separate issue. I apologize if this is not the appropriate place to report this. I'm still learning my way around here and figuring out how things work. Any direction, advice and/or feedback will be very much appreciated! asked 15 Dec '18, 19:37 JonP_75 aseerel4c26 ♦ |
Thank you! Please see the section about bugs on the JOSM homepage how to report bugs: https://josm.openstreetmap.de/#Bugs Please open a ticket there (if you cannot find an older, already existing one). Please add a link here to the new ticket, for reference of others. answered 15 Dec '18, 20:36 aseerel4c26 ♦ |
