I'm sure it's possible. Lots of things can be done when working with OSM data. However, there may not be an existing tool available that will immediately do what you want, so there's a good chance that you'll have to build your own. Do you have any specific questions about how to do this, are you looking for someone to do the work for you, or are you looking for something else?

Many thanks Alester for your quick response, I am looking for guide about how to do this integration where I do have data for 10 Years, and would like to build the model for specific use in specific city. Also if we can have someone to do give us online session how to do that will be great.

Thanks in advance Hasan

This other question about hiring someone for OSM work has a link to a list of companies that can do OSM consulting https://help.openstreetmap.org/questions/3595/hiring-help-for-osm-integration
