stats for planet

Question

I am interested in overall stats for the planet. I ran

osmfilter planet-latest.osm --out-count

for an overview of stats and am curious: a. is there a daily or weekly run of this that I can consult instead of running locally b. how long can I expect to wait for this to finish ( 32 core 128Gb machine )
