Say I want a quick list of roads that intersect Federal Boulevard at traffic signals. Normally I would download the area and query JOSM for parent (highway=traffic_signals child name:Federal). But the traffic signals have been mapped at the stop line rather than at the intersection, eliminating this option. Is there any reasonable way one could generate such a list?
