Some old deleted ways stay there, how to drop ?

There are two old ways (and many others in similar situation),

way/3561600 - message with metadata.
way/6293606 - error message.

Why the first exist today? Not "really deleted"?

The text at wiki/OSM_XML say

You can not be certain that: ... visible only if false and not in Planet.osm ...

But seems must be "not visible only if false and not in Planet.osm"...

is your question about modifying your own planet copy in your database?

Okay, and what do you want to "drop"? I do not really understand your question. Btw: I get no error message for the second one - it is just a deleted way.
