Updating a road from "in progress" to "open"

The A10 in Romania, from Cluj to Aiud, has opened. The map still shows it as under construction. How can that be updated?

It is always helpful to provide a link. Just copy the URL from your browser's address bar and paste it in your question. To me it looks like this section is already routable, see https://www.openstreetmap.org/directions?engine=graphhopper_car&route=46.3113%2C23.7217%3B46.7674%2C23.5728#map=10/46.5409/23.6872. Is "the map" openstreetmap.org or is this question about a certain app?

One Answer:

The section I looked at seems to be tagged access=no. I'm guessing that removing that would solve the problem.

That section seems to be between the Aiud exit https://osm.org/go/0gH2uq0h-- and the unbuilt section https://osm.org/go/0gH5T4JV so might be correct.
