When I displayed the URL “https://www.openstreetmap.org/search?query= 新宿”, I got an error "Error contacting nominatim.openstreetmap.org:429". As a result of checking, it was said that the IP address was blocked because violation of Nominatim usage policy "You must not send more than one request per second" , I have not performed the operation of sending more than one request per second from one PC, so I can not see the cause of this problem. Can you tell us more about how you are using Nominatim - how many searches have you performed in the last 24 hours? Are others using the same equipment as you, are you perhaps behind a common router with other people?

Unfortunately I couldn’t remember about the number of performance . Also, the equipment I use are shared by several people .
