Download a map of the Mediterranean with just large scale features

I would like to download a map of the Eastern Mediterranean to edit in a GIS program. I don't need fine scale detail, mainly just the shorelines. Is there a way to download the data at just the largest zoom levels?

I want a map that looks something like this.
