Is it possible to download osm data per postcode? (in Germany)

Dear all,

is it possible to download the osm (or in osm convertable) data for specific postcodes? As for example it exist in Geofabrik (https://download.geofabrik.de/europe.html) for bigger cities (e.g. Hamburg).

I right now have to use a inconvenient work around. Can anyone help me?
