Unable to get desired result using georeferencing (QGIS tool)

I was trying to map indoors for my college and for that was using QGIS tool. I tried adding the raster layer to osm map in order to mark the floor plan as a layer of georeferencer but the out put that i get is something like this after georeferencing and the building from osm map layer look like this along with points mapped building from osm with points and the floor plan used is this floor plan of building and zoom out of the these two layers look like this alt text my main aim is to get geojson in order to map it on indoor section of osm
