Ramps with no name or number

I installed the Nova Scotia map and I am finding that the right turn ramps from one street to another at an intersection only shoe : ramp ahead"instead of the street name its going to plus on the motorways there is no destination or Exit number info that a actually tagged for that ramp showing but a "ramp ahead" on the GPS -how can this be fixed
