how can i upload to tiff image? I have some orthophotomosaic from aerial photos, how can I upload this?

OpenStreetMap is not an imagery hosting platform, so you cannot upload your image.

You can use your image in JOSM to trace data from, e.g. through the PicLayer plugin. You can also upload it to mapwarper.net and then use it in OSM editors as a background image. Lastly, you could try uploading it to OpenAerialMap which is a little more complicated but there it can be better integrated with other imagery.
