Last few days I cannot work in ID editor because the task boundaries are missing in image. Any idea how to fix or is this a bug?

Can you explain how you got into iD? Where should the task boundaries be coming from?

Usual starts from OSM taskmanager; choose a project; in this project choose a square or a random one. Than command "start mapping" --> start editor with ID editor as editprogram. A new windows opens with image (like Bing) and with purple boundries marking the area you have to do the things. Well, writing this and doing that I see the boudries are there again - problem solverd, I think.

I assume this is related to https://tasks.hotosm.org
