What do bicycle=destination and foot=destination look like on the ground?

Here is an example of a way that has these tags: https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/493805806 I'm curious what these signs look like, as I have never seen any with this meaning, and I am not aware of any such signs in the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices.

Not US based, but from the tags I would think either:

  • R5-10a/b
  • R5-7 or;
  • R5-6 & R9-3

In combination with "Except access" (or words to that effect) would match up with how I interpret the tags.

Having said that; in this instance I can see no signs of this type in Mapillary, there are signs warning of pedestrians though. It's possible the original mapper intended to later add the segregated sidewalk that runs beside this road but never did.
