Hi, The validation process should include reporting of overlapping (partly) buildings, but it does not. JOSM ver 14026 All validation test and rules switched on. I know that it worked a time ago.

In the data validator screen I cannot find an option for overlapping buildings. Any advise ?

I just tested in version 14066 and the validator correctly flagged "Crossing buildings" as a warning. Maybe there was a bug in 14026 that has since been fixed?

Thanks for responding. I now run 14066 too. No flags. Map paint style Missing map Validator, Hot validation. Inline validate ( Most of the time I Validate disastermapping for HOTOSM)
