Hi,

Mvg Maarten

At least some parts of this road (e.g. https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/130303158) are tagged with hgv=no indicating that heavy goods vehicle aren't allowed on this road. This applies to both directions. If this restriction only exists for one direction then hgv:forward=no or hgv:backward=no has to be used, depending on the direction of the OSM way.

If you are unsure whether this restriction applies to both directions or just one then get into contact with the local community. The easiest option is opening an OSM note. Browse the map to the road in question, then open a note with the corresponding button on the right panel. Other contact channels are the forzum and mailing lists. This help site is not really suited for reaching your local community.
