For example a changeset/set of changesets that reveals the exact location of a user?
Could you for example get in contact with someone in the OSMF to manually delete it for you???

please don't reply "forget about it" or "don't do such changesets in the first place."
If you are a new osm user you may not realise, and now it may be to late to not do such changesets.
Send an email to data@osmfoundation.org and the Data Working Group will be able to deal with it.
