Should I use SSD or HDD in Raid 0 array for storing prerendered tiles in my tile server?

I am trying to setup a tile server. I am using 4 * 500GB Standard persistent disk in Raid 0 array for storing the prerenderd tiles. Should I use SSD instead of Standard persistent disk or any other raid level? Will it improve any performance?
