Nowadays, we can use Satellite Images or GPS trajectories to generate data automatically. I wonder that whether this automatically generated data can be merged and uploaded to OSM?

It's very unlikely. Importing (as this would be called) is an advanced topic in OSM and should not undertaken unless you know a lot about OSM
