How to tag Crosswalks that have two lines (non-zebra/tiger), but no traffic signals?

I couldn't find an option in the Wiki for this scenario: https://www.neatorama.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/11/crosswalk-500x332.jpg

Thank you!

I'd put a node here tagged with highway=crossing + crossing=uncontrolled.

A lot of USA mappers will happily tag these as crossing=zebra despite the lack of stripes, because it's functionally very similar. I'd argue that it's not technically the same, not because of the lack of stripes (I have no problem with "zebra" being a conceptual description rather than a literal one, and signs in different regions that have the same meaning often look different but are tagged the same) but because there's no presumption here that bicycles are prohibited -- rules about cycling on the sidewalk are varied, and it's better imo not to assume that bikes are prohibited from using this crossing if there's no signage to indicate that.
