I'm not sure when this issue popped up, but if you are in Standard layer (not edit mode), and you are zoomed out far enough, the City name changes to Abilene Courthouse. If you zoom in, closer to town it changes back to just Abilene, and the name does seem to center on the actual Taylor County Courthouse, recently edited by another user. But I don't see anything there that would effect city data. Other layers or edit mode seems fine. alt text

The node for the town is immediately in front of the Taylor County Courthouse, and someone mistakenly changed the name of that node. Looks like it's already been changed back but some of the lower zooms haven't expired after the incorrect name was tagged yet, though.
