I've noticed that highway route numbers in Turkmenistan are often either missing completely in OSM or are mapped incorrectly. Hi, might I ask what the reference of your knowledge is? Is there any law or documentation by the Turkmen government or Parliament that specify (or reaffirm soviet-era) numbers?
