Je souhaiterais savoir si toutes les modifications et mises a jour que l'on fait sur OSM sont du bénévolat ou alors s'il s'agit d'une grosse MAJ, il y a moyen d'être rémunéré ?

Je suis sur le chantier du déploiement de la fibre optique sur tout le Grand Est et plus de 250 bâtiments vont être posés ainsi que plus de 3000 armoires.

Sorry, mapping for OSM is almost always unpaid volunteering. The OpenStreetMap Foundation has a very small budget and that's mostly dedicated to hardware and to legal support.

But if you want to make a living out of OSM, there are several companies that produce OSM-based maps or software, and a few of those have a "data team" (or similar) which employs mappers. Mapbox and Telenav are two such companies.
