I would like to download changesets for Europe only. How should I proceed ? Is there a site that provides that ? |

Changesets (or to be more precise diff files in osc format) are only available for the whole planet. There are technical reasons for that, but don't worry. You can just apply the diffs for the planetfile to your database with Europe in it. You just have to drop everything outside of your bounding box that was created by the diffs every once in a while. |
